update on nephew is that nobody calls him his acc name. generally he’s addy khan or addy-jaan as opposed just adam but some creative nicknames include ‘little mole’ (from his mum), ‘avocado’ (also from his mum) and ittu khan/jaan (my nickname for him in utero, which stuck)
